Weddings, portraits, photo shoots, events, and parties include social photography.

Copyright stipulates that the photographer retains ownership of the photograph’s copyright. Copyright in your photographs will be given to you upon receipt of full payment, provided that the digital images captured by Wedding Story are used solely for the client’s personal and family usage. If photos are to be sold for a profit, the client or any relevant parties must seek authorisation from Wedding Story.

MODEL RELEASE:

The Client grants Wedding Story and its legal representatives, heirs, and assigns irrevocable and unrestricted permission to use the photographs taken by Wedding Story for self-promotion via the Wedding Story website, Facebook business pages, photo competitions, exhibitions, and any other purpose and in any manner, to modify the photographs without limitation, and to copyright the images. The client hereby releases Wedding Story and its legal representatives, heirs, and assigns from all liability and claims related to the photographs.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY:

If the Photographer is unable to offer the specified services due to illness or injury, Wedding Story will make every effort to arrange a replacement Photographer. In the event that a replacement photographer cannot be identified, obligation shall be restricted to a refund of fees made. Wedding Story has procedures in place to avoid the loss or corruption of your photographs (digital images are backed up to separate storage media at all times and duplicate equipment is available in the event that they break or fail). However, there is a remote chance that photos could be lost, stolen, or destroyed.s
